Withdrawal of funds rules

  • To request a withdrawal, please log in to your ThinkPortal – submit your request by going to Funding > Withdraw funds
  • Third-party deposits and withdrawals are prohibited. We operate a "return to source" policy. For example, if funds were deposited using Skrill, we would process the withdrawal to you via Skrill. The same applies to bank wire, credit card, Neteller, and the other funding options we offer. If for any reason, we are unable to return the funds to the source, we will process the payment, preferably, via bank wire in the name of the trading account holder.
  • Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee same day receipt of fund as it depends on the withdrawal method chosen, it can take between 1-7 business days for you to receive your funds. The company cannot be held liable for any deposit/ withdrawal processing delays that are subject to payment systems.
  • Withdrawals via bank wire require 3 - 5 business days to complete. While we do not typically charge any fees, you may be subject to other charges and/or conversions made by the banks and any intermediaries involved at your expense. In general, an international bank wire transfer costs USD25. The minimum withdrawal amount is USD100.
  • We typically do not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals: however, we may be subject to charges from third party providers which we may at the Company’s discretion pass on to the client. We do have the right to investigate, cancel, and/or impose fees/ charges (dependent on payment method) on any deposit or withdrawal request originating from a trading account with no, or minimal trading activity.
  • Trading profits or any account balance exceeding the initial deposit amounts will be processed preferably via Bank Wire. For E-wallets, we allow a maximum 10,000 units of currency (Skrill/Neteller/other e-wallets) based on the original source of funding.
  • For any accounts funded via credit card, we follow the FIFO rule (First In, First Out). As long as the card hasn’t expired, withdrawals will be prioritised and processed back to the original card used.
